Glenn W. Burley went to be with the Lord Thursday morning, March 10, 2016 in his home surrounded by his family. He was 89.
He was born December 26, 1926 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio to parents John and Orva (Dome) Burley. Glenn went on to live in the Mansfield area for many years and worked at Mansfield Tire and Rubber for 27 years until retiring in 1976. He has been a member at the Eagle Lodge-Arie #336 for 42 years, the Moose Lodge- Mansfield for over 50 years and Linden Road Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his niece Charlene Reed and other numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Glenn was preceded in death by his siblings Betty Reed, Hubert Burley, and Robert Burley.
His family will receive friends an hour prior to a funeral service at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 11, 2016 at the Linden Road Presbyterian Church. Pastor Tom Roepke will officiate with burial to follow in Mansfield Memorial Park Cemetery.
Contributions in his memory to Linden Road Presbyterian Church may be made at the funeral home.
