Life in a relational world

Life in a relational world

Anxiety and depression are on the rise, dominating the ways young people talk about their generation. While leaders and parents are becoming more aware of these problems, we often aren’t sure how to respond.

Join us for a four week study into how we can learn to live and thrive in complicated times. We’ll draw on an ancient spiritual practice: The Prayer of Examen in a new context: The Daily Replay to help bring clarity through 5 steps available at the pdf link.

In Week 2 – Life in a relational world : We are wired for connection. We all need to build a circle of support for both good times and bad, and how to use the Daily Replay prayer to encourage it.

Today’s episode is all about thriving. Fuller Chaplain Dr. Kevin Doi interviews Dr. Pam King, a professor of Applied Developmental Science for Fuller’s School of Psychology, and dive deep into what thriving means and looks like for teens and young adults today. This episode is a parent resource for the Faith in an Anxious World curriculum. Learn more at  fulleryouthinstitute.org/anxiousworld
