The Call of Christmas series is more than just the story of Jesus’ arrival. Through the stories of Zechariah, Mary, Joseph, and the shepherds, we’re each given a call to prepare, a call to provide, a call to protect, and a call to praise. All pointed to the celebration of Advent and the arrival of Jesus Christ .
Who would’ve thought that a dream could be reality? This week we’re looking at the role Joseph discovers he will play in the story of Emmanuel. Once again lives are forever changed when an angel visits, this time in a dream (actually Joseph has several) with a call to protect. The Messiah is coming and Joseph gets to be part of this story—a story that is now a part of us.
